Selman Kurt is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning diplomacy, international trade, and technological innovation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Istanbul University and an MBA in Economics and International Law from Atlantic University, USA, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Kurt has served as a Trade Attaché for the Republic of Turkey in Nairobi, Kenya and Washington D.C., USA, and as Vice Chairman of the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC), a sub-organization of the United Nations. He later became the Founding Head of the E-Export and Marketing Department at the Ministry of Trade, where he spearheaded strategies to promote global trade and digital transformation.

Transitioning to the private sector, he founded and led multiple ventures in financial technologies, smart agriculture, e-commerce, and blockchain innovation, operating across a global network.

As the Executive Director & Head of Programs of TADI Foundation, Mr. Kurt provides strategic leadership in driving the foundation’s mission of poverty eradication, economic empowerment, education, and sustainable community development across Africa.
