Transformative African Development Initiative (TADI) champions the growth and self-reliance of African communities by nurturing leadership, catalyzing economic empowerment, and promoting social justice.
The program aims to improve youth unemployment in Africa by equipping young women and men with the on job skills to lead african organisations.
There is a significant gap between the number of young people seeking work and the limited employment opportunities available to them.
We are catalysing a vibrant Africa by investing in youth leadership
Through Apprentice Kenya, we offer internship programmes in partnership with various community organisations, SME’s, impact institutions and government institutions where we believe this is undoubtedly one of the best ways to introduce youth to the world of work and a strategic opportunity to create sustainable employment for young Kenyans.
