Tess is a visionary who is passionate about a resilient Africa. She is a dedicated and skilled legal practitioner. An outstanding team player and devoted leader. She has worked as a Head of Legal for Echo Network Africa as well as a Legal Associate for Kilukumi & Co. Advocates, where she assisted the two firms with contract management, legal compliance, legal risk management, adherence to policies and best governance practices, as well as management of Board and structures, Constitutional law, Judicial review, Commercial law, Employment & Labour laws, and Intellectual property.

Lone has ten years of progressively responsible experience working across The UN, GOK, the Private sector (Investment, Development Finance & Banking), and NGOs at support, technical, management, and Board levels. He has built the capacity to foster relationships across various technical and executive ranks. And the spread of my experience across multiple sectors and functions, including executive support, strategy, resource mobilisation, partnerships, and technical advisory, endows me with a broad perspective and knowledge relevant to leading at a strategic level while retaining the capacity to translate the bigger vision into actionable accountabilities at operational levels.

Confrey is an Innovation Expert and Venture Builder with over 10 years of professional experience in the region. He has experience as a Human Centered Design Facilitator, Business and Strategy Designer, and serves the innovation needs of diverse impact groups, African entrepreneurs, and corporations. He is currently employed by WWF International as Africa Regions Innovations Lead, he also coordinatInternational's Startup and Ventures Workstream-Greening Finance Solutions. He is an Expert Reviewer for World Economic Forum's (WEF's) Climate Justice Challenge. Serves as the Innovation Council Member for CCSI an initiative of Baylor University and Compassion International.

Nancy Jepkoech is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and motivational speaking. She holds a Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, complemented by a Diploma in Public Relations Management from the Kenya Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Science) from Maseno University. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications Office at Kenya Meat Commission (KMC), Nancy's expertise spans strategic communication, public relations, and data analysis. Her diverse skill set, PMP certification, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset in any professional setting.

Agnes Gakenia Mathenge is a dedicated professional with extensive expertise in Private Sector Development, Trade Policy, Livelihoods, Cross-Border Trade in Africa, Risk, Vulnerability, and Resilience, and Development Geographies. Her career has been deeply intertwined with TradeMark East Africa, a renowned organization committed to "Growing Prosperity Through Trade." Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at West Virginia University, Agnes is a passionate learner who thrives on challenges and seeks solutions in political and economic development, particularly in the East African region.
